Aerial Tingz & Cross Training

For me, diving into the world of Lyra has been more than learning an aerial discipline; it's been a voyage of self-discovery and joy. From the initial tentative grips to the exhilarating freedom of choreographing my routine, each step has been a celebration of progress, imbued with the sheer fun of creating something that's uniquely mine. 🎪🤸‍♂️

This performance is a reflection of that journey—of being authentic, enjoying the process, and expressing myself through the mesmerizing dance in the air. It's about showing up, flaws and all, and finding the beauty in the imperfection, the strength in vulnerability. Because at the end of the day, our stories, our struggles, and our triumphs are what make us beautifully human. 💖

I hope this routine inspires you to love your journey, embrace your uniqueness, and always remember to dance to the rhythm of your own heart. Let's celebrate the joy of being ourselves, together.

Cross training across different apparatuses has helped me tremendously in my pole journey! Here, I will share my progress with other apparatuses such as Lyra, Hammock, Silks, as well as progress with things such as dance and flexibility.

Lyra

I started taking Lyra in 2019, but was forced to stop during the pandemic. I have recently picked Lyra back up and am working to learn as much as I can!

Dance & Flexibility

I have been dancing since I was 3 years old. Dance is such a big part of my life and I am appreciative of any opportunity I get to take a dance class and cut loose!

Silks & Hammock

These apparatuses are a great challenge to me, but one day I hope to be able to master them!
